Nobody freak out!

Oh, hello!

We changed things. Don't go mental. Things change. People change. We grow. It's part of life.

Em and I have been working on weird little side projects for... I don't know... 12 years? First there was some fan fiction, and then a geocities website with a robot caveman named "Jose" who wrote an advice column, and then there were just piles and piles of composition notebooks full of scribble-scrabble lying in the corners of various basements. And then, like the smell of rain on the pavement after a brainstorm came The Haiku Project in all of it's beautiful artsy fartsy glory. And you loved it. And we loved it. And it was good. and the heavens shone down on us and graced us with people that were super into what we were putting out into the world.

And then we moved... and we got sucked into some vortex called "the real world" and thp fell to the wayside like an old tire on the highway of the internet. But, lucky for you, we never stopped creating weird stuff. Hooray!

So, here's the nub and rub:

People who like *social media* and apple products and holier-than-thou jargon like to talk about things like "branding" and "creating a branded online presence"... which is what we did... kind of. Emilia & Caitlin is our new website where we will post all of our weird little projects, like The Haiku Project and the scripts for our TV pilot (whaaaat? Oh yeah, we're writing a TV pilot? I guess?). If you click on the little logo in the top right corner, it will take you there and you can poke around--though, there's not a whole lot to see at the moment.

What does this mean for you, our sweet sweet haiku angel babies? Not a whole lot. The website looks a little different, so that's a thing. We also have a new email where you can submit projects, and that's emiliaandcaitlin@gmail.com. If you want to check out some of the other stuff we're working on, check out our new website. Or don't. It's your life, you make your own choices.

We love you, you're super great. Thanks for hanging out with us for all these years.

xo

tldr version:
We have a new email, it's emiliaandcaitlin@gmail.com. The website looks different. There are new links. We're writing a TV show... or something. We love you.

Laughing, your teeth graze
sharp rim of your martini
dismissing my dreams.

You don't handle sentiment well, and frankly neither do I, but...
